1. Signs of flexibility of Barisan Nasional rather than previous rigidity attitude. 
2. Barisan Nasional has to be more adaptive and softer towards the changing political situation.
3. However, this is only restricted to verbal promises, whether the promises will be materialized is uncertain.
4. Abdullah has to compromise between the hard liners inside UMNO and those opponents outside UMNO.
5. BN starts to be more considerate in implementing its policies.
6. The people are slightly softer in opposing BN due to BN’s adaptive attitude.
7. Abdullah is able to overcome current bottle neck situation despite the challenges.
8. BN is overloaded with many issues and difficulties.

Political Antagonistic Period (A)

1. BN is observing the people’s response towards the government.
2. Nevertheless, BN is still on the upper hand compare to his opponents.
3. Abdullah is preparing for election.
4. UMNO still preserves its KETUANAN MELAYU policy.
5. BN will kick off some counter measures to ease dissatisfaction of the people. 

Political Antagonistic Period (B)

1. Unrest political situation.
2. Political turbulences and political conflicts.
3. Election is just around the corner.
4. Opposition parties gear up his political mechanism to fight against the BN.
5. There are hostilities and aggression with each other, wrestling for political mandate.

Political Struggle Period (A)

1. Legal antagonism, legal disputes.
2. The regime in power is taking law into his own hand to topple his rivals.
3. However, the government is under international pressure of domestic injustices.
4. There are lots of underground political clashes, tensions and contradictions.
5. The antagonistic struggle is immediately resolved before its explosion..

Political Struggle Period (B)

1. Full of political uncertainty, political haziness and political illusion.
2. Political party internal friction and internal resistance.
3. The regime in power is being challenged.
4. The power is being shared among a few groups, and counter checking on each other.
5. The emerging of new political power regime.

Political Struggle Period (C)

1. Political threat, political power is unbalance.
2. There are full of risk and danger in politics.
3. Political dilemma leads to further political chaos.
4. Political turmoil endangers the legitimacy and sovereignty of regime in power.
